July 27, 2009 If you like Posh, Ceasars...
This is one of the higher end lounges/clubs in Waterloo. Place is actually super popular among students that are ready to wait over 30 min to get in, especially on Thursdays when there are special on martinis. This is a true lounge as they have food and operate as a restaurant during the day and dinner hours. If you like Posh, Ceasars as Posh as it gets in Waterloo.
